Portugal striker Helder Postiga limps out in the first half of their Euro 2012 quarter-final clash with Czech Republic.

Portugal striker Helder Postiga could miss the remainder of Euro 2012 after limping out in the first half of their quarter-final clash with Czech Republic.

The 29-year-old appeared to pull his hamstring while stretching for the ball five minutes before the break, placing his future at the tournament in doubt.

The Real Zaragoza striker has scored 20 goals for his country, and has started all of their matches at this summer's tournament.
