Manchester United are ready to reignite their interest in Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho in the upcoming transfer window, according to a report.

Manchester United are reportedly preparing to reignite their interest in Borussia Dortmund attacker Jadon Sancho during this summer's transfer window.

The Red Devils were strongly linked with the England international last year but could not come to an agreement with BVB over a transfer fee, with the German outfit thought to be demanding in the region of £108m.

Sancho has again been in strong form for Dortmund during the 2020-21 campaign, scoring 12 times and contributing 16 assists in 33 appearances in all competitions.

According to 90min, Man United are still determined to bring the former Manchester City youngster to Old Trafford as they look to fill the troublesome right-sided attacking spot in their side.

The report claims that the 20-time English champions could potentially sign Sancho for around the £50m this summer due to the financial impact of the coronavirus outbreak, while Dortmund are facing the possibility of missing out on a spot in next season's Champions League.

The 21-year-old has only just recovered from a muscular injury to feature in his side's last two Bundesliga matches against Union Berlin and Wolfsburg.

Man United are also thought to be keen to sign a new centre-back this summer, with Real Madrid's Raphael Varane emerging as a leading target amid suggestions that the Spanish champions would be open to a sale.
