Wolfsburg boss Dieter Hecking plays down Kevin De Bruyne exit

Wolfsburg boss Dieter Hecking states that Kevin De Bruyne will not be leaving the club for Manchester United or Chelsea because he is settled in Germany.

Wolfsburg head coach Dieter Hecking has insisted that Kevin De Bruyne will not be leaving the club during the summer.

The 23-year-old midfielder has been linked with Manchester United and a return to Chelsea following an impressive season for the Bundesliga side, which has seen him contribute 11 goals and 20 assists.

The Belgian joined Wolfsburg from Chelsea in January 2014 after struggling to nail down a first-team spot at Stamford Bridge, and Hecking says that a move back to England is unlikely because he is settled in Germany.

"Kevin De Bruyne is very happy here. I don't see him leaving us in the summer," Hecking told Sky 90.

De Bruyne made nine appearances in two seasons at Chelsea.
