Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal not taking Arsenal lightly

Manchester United boss Louis van Gaal insists that his side will not take Arsenal lightly, despite the Gunners' poor form in the Champions League.

Manchester United manager Louis van Gaal has insisted that his side will not take Arsenal for granted when they meet this weekend, despite the Gunners' struggles in the Champions League.

Arsene Wenger's side have failed to win their first two games in the competition and were beaten 3-2 by Olympiacos at the Emirates Stadium on Tuesday evening.

However, Van Gaal is expecting that it will be a different Arsenal that his side takes on at the Emirates on Saturday.

"We are happy but I think Arsenal can come back from a defeat," the Dutchman told BBC Sport.

"They have shown that a lot of times."

United beat Wolfsburg 2-1 in the Champions League on Wednesday.
