Manchester City assistant coach David Platt believes that Wigan Athletic will not change their tactics when they square up at the DW Stadium on Monday night.
The Latics are currently bottom of the Premier League table, while City are top on goal difference.
"Wigan play football and they won't go away from that," said Platt.
"They had a very bad run that has seen them involved in a relegation battle but [manager] Roberto Martinez has his own style and he will stick to his philosophies."
City beat Wigan 3-0 at the Etihad Stadium earlier this season.
