Mario Balotelli insists that there is no problem between him and Manchester City boss Roberto Mancini.

Manchester City striker Mario Balotelli has insisted that there is no problem between him and City boss Roberto Mancini.

The eccentric Italian forward has constantly been in the headlines for both on and off-field antics this term, including reports that suggest he is keen to leave Manchester.

However, Balotelli has strongly denied such rumours and has branded his relationship with the 47-year-old tactician as "perfect".

"The newspapers write that I want to leave Manchester, but I have never talked with them. I am in Manchester and I am under contract with City," said Balotelli.

"This is a new experience for me and, although at first it was difficult, I have to tell the truth now that I am really happy here.

"My relationship with Mancini? It is perfect."

Balotelli has been sidelined during recent matches with injury and missed the Citizens' 3-2 FA Cup exit at the hands of rivals Manchester United on Sunday.
