Liverpool reportedly have a deal agreed with Fulham to sign 19-year-old midfielder Fabio Carvalho ahead of the summer transfer market.

Liverpool have an agreement in place to sign Fulham midfielder Fabio Carvalho, according to a report.

The Reds only made one transfer during the recent January market which saw them buy Luis Diaz for £49m from Porto, and he has been brought straight into the team.

However, they have also been linked with the young midfielder, who has made 20 appearances in the Championship so far, scoring seven times.

According to Sunday World's Kevin Palmer, Liverpool have an agreement in place with Fulham to sign Carvalho in the summer when the next transfer window opens after the season ends.

The 19-year-old is out of contract with the Cottagers at the end of this campaign, but because of his age, the Premier League outfit would have to pay a compensation fee to sign him.

A framework of a deal has been agreed between the two clubs, and that could include him making a return to Craven Cottage next season on a loan deal.
