Fabrizio Miccoli: "Juventus is like WWE champion"

Fabrizio Miccoli compares Juventus to WWE champion CM Punk.

Palermo stirker Fabrizio Miccoli has likened Juventus to WWE champion CM Punk.

Professional wrestling fan, Miccoli said he sees similarities between Serie A champions Juve and the WWE star, noting that they both have a great willingness to win.

"CM Punk, [who has been] the WWE Champion for 344 days, is like Juve, as they are both strong and because they are great fighters," Miccoli told Tuttosport.

"They also take advantage of all little situations. For example, on Sunday [at the 'Hell In A Cell' pay-per-view], he kept the title because the referee gave a 'low blow' to the opponent. You know, everything happens in wrestling."

Juventus overcame Bologna 2-1 on Wednesday evening to stay top of Serie A.
