Fulham Manager Martin Jol has said he is unlikely to increase his £3m bid for Birmingham City striker Cameron Jerome.
"We made a bid that we thought was realistic but they rejected that," Jol told Sky Sports News.
Jol saw 24-year-old Jerome as a back-up to Bobby Zamora, who broke his hand in Fulham's 3-0 Europa League win against RSI Runavik.
"I think he's a useful player - good in the air and quick - I think he would be a good back-up for Bobby Zamora."
Birmingham are reportedly willing to sell Jerome, who has also been linked with Stoke and Bolton, but only for what they believe to be the right price.
