The Russian is close to completing a move back to his homeland with Spartak Moscow, who are believed to have offered £5m for his services.
"Discussions over the possible sale of Diniyar are ongoing with Spartak Moscow and we would hope to conclude these in the next 48 hours," a club spokesman told Everton's official website.
It is believed that only a medical is holding up the deal.
