Eden Hazard has told close friends that he will be leaving Chelsea this summer, a report has claimed.
The 25-year-old is enduring a poor season with the champions, having failed to find the net in 19 league appearances, and is apparently "resigned" to leaving Stamford Bridge at the end of the campaign.
An insider told the Daily Mail: "In his head he has already left. It would take some U-turn to keep him."
New Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has named Hazard as his third favourite player in the world behind Cristiano Ronaldo and Lionel Messi, sparking rumours of a record £100m bid.
Runaway Ligue 1 leaders Paris Saint-Germain are also thought to be interested in the former Lille man and will make an initial offer of £45m, while Bundesliga table-toppers Bayern Munich are said to be considering a bid.
Hazard joined Chelsea in 2012 for a reported £32m and has gone on to score 37 goals in 125 league appearances.
