Celtic manager Neil Lennon has been handed a suspended one-match ban for his breach of the previous touchline ban.
The ban will not come into effect until the end of the season, which means that Lennon will be in the dugout for the Scottish Cup final against Hibernian on Sunday.
The Scottish Football Association found Lennon guilty of a breach of Rule 205, namely "being within the 'playing zone' [against Motherwell], whilst subject to a suspension, within 15 minutes of the referee having signalled the end of the match."
The Scottish Cup final kicks off at 3pm on Sunday.
