Team News: Nicky Maynard, Ricardo Vaz Te up front for West Ham United

Recently-signed duo Nicky Maynard and Ricardo Vaz Te will start up front for West Ham United this evening.

As a result, Carlton Cole has dropped down to the bench for the trip to Blackpool.
