Report: Arsenal want Jose Gaya

A report claims that Arsenal want to sign Valencia's teenage left-back Jose Gaya.

Arsenal are reportedly preparing an offer for Valencia defender Jose Gaya.

The 19-year-old has been with Los Che since 2006 and made his first-team debut for the Spanish side in 2012.

Gaya's development has led to a first-team role this season, with the Spaniard already racking up 20 appearances in the 2014-15 campaign.

According to The Express, Gaya's form has not gone unnoticed in England, with Arsenal believed to be preparing a move for the defender.

Valencia have previously been known as a selling club, but they are now in a stronger financial position due to the takeover by Singaporean businessman Peter Lim earlier in the season.
