The North London club have already secured their Champions League group top spot, and they moved up to fifth in the Premier League after a 4-0 victory over Wigan on Saturday.
"The team has clicked together," Wenger said.
"We are on our way back but there is still some room for improvement."
Arsenal face Olympiakos in Athens in the Champions League tomorrow (Tuesday).
