Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina "100%" fit

New Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina claims that he is over the thigh injury that he picked up at the World Cup.

Arsenal goalkeeper David Ospina has insisted that he has fully recovered from a thigh injury.

The Colombian, who suffered the complaint during the World Cup this summer, joined the Gunners from Ligue 1 outfit Nice in July, but he has so far spent his time at the Emirates Stadium on the sidelines.

However, the 26-year-old has revealed that he is now "100% recovered" from that problem.

"Physically I feel strong and 100% recovered. I was injured when I arrived to the team and that's not an ideal situation. Injuries don't help at all when you are trying to settle in, but thank God now I am in a good condition," he told the club's official website.

Ospina is believed to have cost the Gunners £3m.
