Team News: Costel Pantilimon starts for Sunderland

Costel Pantilimon starts in goal for Sunderland in their Premier League clash against Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park.

Sunderland manager Gus Poyet has handed a start to Costel Pantilimon for the club's Premier League match against Crystal Palace.

The goalkeeper replaces Vito Mannone, who has conceded 10 goals in his last two games for the club.

There are three other changes for the Black Cats to the side that suffered a 2-0 defeat against Arsenal, with Anthony Reveillere, Connor Wickham and Jordi Gomez all starting.

Meanwhile, Palace have made just one change to their side, as Scott Dann comes into the defence in place of Adrian Mariappa.
