Bob Bradley 'angered' by Swansea City performance against Manchester United

Swansea City manager Bob Bradley admits that he was "angry" with himself and his players following their 3-1 home defeat to Manchester United.

Swansea City manager Bob Bradley has admitted that he was angered by his side's performance during their 3-1 defeat to Manchester United this afternoon.

The Swans found themselves three goals down inside 33 minutes at the Liberty Stadium as they failed to get close to the visitors, and could only muster a 69th-minute consolation goal in reply.

The defeat leaves Swansea joint bottom of the table with only five points from 11 games, and Bradley questioned the commitment of his side.

"There was a lack of commitment from some. We had players close enough to get tight [to United's players] and it wasn't that we were stretched over the field. They had three shots on goal and had three goals," he told reporters.

"But with the ball they had too easy a time, even in areas when we knew where the ball was coming. The confidence and commitment... they dictated the terms too much. To play against a good team like that, maybe you get through 0-0, that's not the way we set out to play.

"So, yes, I was angry with some of them - but when the team doesn't play well the first person I am angry with is myself."

Bradley has picked up just one point from his four games in charge of the Swans.
