Martin O'Neill is due to meet up with his new players for the first time at Sunderland's training ground tomorrow.
The 59-year-old officially began his career at Wearside today, but is yet to meet the Black Cats squad due to a scheduled day off following the side's 2-1 defeat to Wolverhampton Wanderers yesterday.
The ex-Aston Villa manager is expected to be unveiled to the media in a press conference at 2pm tomorrow, according to The Mirror.
Meanwhile, Sunderland defender Wes Brown believes that O'Neill needs to bring confidence into the team.
