Norwich City have raised their interest in West Bromwich Albion defender Cedric Kipre ahead of a potential transfer in the summer, according to a report.
The 25-year-old featured 16 times in the Championship for the Baggies during the 2021-22 campaign, all of which arrived under Valerien Ismael.
However, following the sacking of the former Barnsley boss, Kipre failed to appear in a single minute of action once Steve Bruce took charge in February.
With Bruce set to continue in the dugout at The Hawthorns next season, BirminghamLive are reporting that the former Wigan Athletic defender has been made surplus to requirements, resulting in the club being open to a sale in the upcoming transfer window.
The report suggests that the Canaries are monitoring the situation as Dean Smith looks to rebuild his squad ahead of another promotion push from the Championship.
However, it is also reported that Europa League finalists Rangers also hold an interest in Kipre, as well as several clubs abroad, who could be available for £1m - a fee which West Brom paid Wigan for his services back in September 2020.
