Manchester City reportedly remain keen on a deal for Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar.
The 25-year-old has been persistently linked with a switch to the Etihad in the past few months, although Inter are supposedly determined to keep hold of the centre-back and fend off interest from the Premier League.
However, according to Calciomercato, City are preparing a fresh approach for the Slovakia international, who has made 32 appearances across all competitions for Antonio Conte's side this season.
The report also claims that Pep Guardiola's side would have to fork out €80m (£70.7m) to prise Skriniar away from San Siro, with his current deal at Inter not set to expire until the end of the 2022-23 season.
The former Sampdoria man has netted four times in 118 appearances for Inter since his arrival in 2017.
