Manchester City will reportedly offer Roberto Mancini a new long-term contract following his Premier League success last season.
The contract will make the 47-year-old one of the highest-paid bosses in Europe after he delivered silverware of the highest order, according to the Manchester Evening News.
It is understood that wages in excess of £5m per year will be offered by the club's Abu Dhabi owners – placing him as the best-paid boss in the Premier League.
Mancini took over at City in 2009 following the sacking of Mark Hughes.
