Everton will reportedly launch a bid worth €35m (£31.4m) to sign Barcelona winger Malcom this summer.
Malcom, who moved to Barcelona for £36.8m last summer, has struggled to win the favour of manager Ernesto Valverde, with the Brazilian making just 15 appearances in La Liga during his debut campaign at the Camp Nou.
Manager Marco Silva wants to add more firepower to his attack after Cenk Tosun and Dominic Calvert-Lewin only managed nine Premier League goals between them last season.
According to RMC Sport, Silva has made Malcom his main target and the club will launch an initial bid of £31.4m for the 22-year-old.
Everton have established a good working rapport with Barcelona, completing deals for Andre Gomes, Lucas Digne and Yerry Mina over the last year.
Barcelona, meanwhile, are reportedly open to selling a number of key players - including Ousmane Dembele and Ivan Rakitic - to fund a return for Neymar, who is unhappy at Paris Saint-Germain.
