Arsene Wenger reveals that Samir Nasri is in the Arsenal squad to face Liverpool tomorrow lunchtime.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that Samir Nasri could feature for the Gunners against Liverpool tomorrow.

The France international is reportedly on the verge of completing a transfer to Manchester City.

However, Wenger has said that the 24-year-old has been included in the squad to face the Merseyside club and has praised the player's attitude.

"The only thing I can say is that Nasri is in the squad tomorrow and available to be picked and play," Wenger told a press conference.

"The one thing I don't question at all is the commitment of Samir Nasri for this club.

"Transfers can happen, we are professional people, but every day since he has arrived here and every day in pre-season, he has worked with fantastic spirit in training."

Reports have suggested that City could finalise a deal for Nasri later today.
