Patrick Vieira: 'Arsenal can't win ugly'

Former Arsenal midfielder Patrick Vieira claims that the current side do not know how to win when they are not at their best.

Arsenal legend Patrick Vieira has claimed that the club do not know how to win when they are not at their best.

The Premier League leaders have not won a trophy since the Frenchman captained them to the 2005 FA Cup win in his last game for the Gunners.

He told ITV Sport: "When you look at Arsenal, they play fantastic football, but they are not capable of winning [when playing] badly.

"They have a lack of leadership, they don't have a Tony Adams, a Sol Campbell or a Martin Keown, those type of players who can be leaders out on the pitch."

Arsene Wenger's side travel to Napoli in the Champions League this evening.
