Arsene Wenger: 'Jack Wilshere will start against Schalke'

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger says that he will include Jack Wilshere in his starting lineup against Schalke in the Champions League on Tuesday.

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger has revealed that midfielder Jack Wilshere will start against Schalke in the Champions League on Tuesday.

The 20-year-old will sit out the Gunners' next Premier League game following his dismissal against Manchester United on Saturday, and Wenger wants to play him in Germany.

"I think I will play him tomorrow," said the Frenchman on Monday.

"Then we have a block of three games and maybe the fact that he gets a period of recovering will be just right for him. He gets better in every game."

Arsenal are currently second in Group B with six points from three matches, one point behind leaders Schalke.
