Pablo Osvaldo: Walter Mazzarri is a "great coach"

Southampton striker Pablo Osvaldo says that he is looking forward to working with Walter Mazzarri at Inter Milan.

Pablo Osvaldo has said that he "cannot wait" to start working with Inter Milan coach Walter Mazzarri once his proposed move to the Italian side is completed.

The Southampton striker spent the second half of last season on loan with Juventus, and is expected to return to Italy permanently before the end of the current transfer window.

The Italy international told Corriere dello Sport: "Inter is a great opportunity because there is a coach like Mazzarri. Mazzarri is a great coach. I cannot wait to start.

"I'm back from a season in which I played little and if I do well with the Nerazzurri I can win back my place in the national team."

Osvaldo joined Southampton from Roma last summer.
