Sports Mole takes an in-depth look at how Sheffield United could line up against Brighton & Hove Albion in the Premier League on Saturday.

Paul Heckingbottom remains without a long list of players as Sheffield United prepare to face Brighton & Hove Albion on Saturday.

The Blades' relegation from the Premier League was confirmed last weekend with six games to go.

United have not been helped by the loss of a number of players to injury throughout the season, most recently losing Billy Sharp and Oli McBurnie to a thigh and foot problem respectively.

Joining the attacking pair on the sidelines this weekend are Jack O'Connell, Jack Robinson and Jack Rodwell, while Sander Berge and Chris Basham are unlikely to feature despite stepping up their fitness programmes.

That leaves caretaker boss Heckingbottom's hands tied somewhat, though he does have the option of bringing in John Lundstram against Brighton, possibly in place of John Fleck.

It is difficult to see where any other changes can be made, however, with Rhian Brewster and David McGoldrick the obvious selection choices up top.

McGoldrick has scored six Premier League goals this season, accounting for 35% of the Blades' total, whereas strike partner Brewster is still yet to get off the mark since joining the club.

Sheffield United possible starting lineup: Ramsdale; Ampadu, Egan, Bryan; Baldock, Lundstram, Norwood, Osborn, Stevens; McGoldrick, Brewster
