Chelsea are reportedly prepared to lose playmaker Eden Hazard to Manchester City, but only in a swap deal for Sergio Aguero.

Chelsea are reportedly prepared to lose playmaker Eden Hazard to Manchester City, but only in a swap deal for Sergio Aguero.

Belgian international Hazard, who is allegedly working on a new deal at Stamford Bridge, will only leave West London if he is keen to do so.

The report in the Sunday Star adds that, should City make a move for the 27-year-old, Chelsea will ask for Aguero in exchange

Blues owner Roman Abramovich is allegedly keen on Aguero and has earmarked the Argentine striker as the only replacement for Hazard in a potential deal with the Premier League leaders.

Aguero, who joined City from Atletico Madrid, became the club's all-time leading goalscorer earlier this season.
