Kevin De Bruyne will be looking to lift the Champions League trophy for the first time when Manchester City face Premier League rivals Chelsea in the final of the competition on Saturday night.
De Bruyne, who turned out for Chelsea between 2012 and 2014, making just nine appearances for the Blues, has enjoyed another impressive campaign for Pep Guardiola's side.
Indeed, the 29-year-old has scored 10 times and registered 18 assists in 39 appearances this term, including three goals and four assists in seven Champions League appearances.
Ahead of the all-English final in Porto, which should be a fascinating affair, Sports Mole has taken a look at De Bruyne's record against Chelsea, who he has faced 13 times during his career.

The Belgium international has locked horns with Chelsea on 13 previous occasions in all competitions, winning seven, drawing one and losing five of his encounters with the Blues.
De Bruyne has found the back of the net four times against the capital outfit but has somewhat surprisingly only managed a single assist, which came in the Premier League earlier this season.
Interestingly, the attacker has only faced Chelsea twice in the Champions League and both of those encounters came during his time at Genk, suffering a 5-0 defeat and drawing 1-1 with the English club in the group stages of the 2011-12 competition.
The other 11 meetings have all come for Man City, and he has been on the winning side in six of his nine Premier League encounters with Chelsea, scoring four times in the process.

De Bruyne only scored once in his first six Premier League appearances against Chelsea but has now netted in each of the last three, and he put in a standout performance when Man City recorded a 3-1 victory at Stamford Bridge in the Premier League during the 2020-21 campaign.
The Belgian missed out on the chance to face Chelsea at the Etihad Stadium earlier this month due to a muscular problem, but he was in the side against the Blues in the FA Cup semi-finals in the middle of April, when Thomas Tuchel's side recorded a 1-0 victory to advance.
De Bruyne also helped his side beat Chelsea in the final of the 2019 EFL Cup, with the Citizens ultimately running out 4-3 winners on penalties following a goalless draw.
