Preview: Charlton Athletic vs. Bournemouth

Sports Mole looks ahead to the Championship match at The Valley on Tuesday night as Charlton entertain Bournemouth.

New Charlton Athletic manager Jose Riga will be looking to build on two goalless draws and get a first win under his belt when Bournemouth visit The Valley on Tuesday night.

Charlton's goal difference is the only thing keeping them from the bottom of the table at the moment as they, Yeovil Town and Barnsley all have 29 points.

The Addicks do have three games in-hand on the duo below them and four on the five sides above them in the table.

It's almost a month since Charlton scored in the league and Riga could make changes to the side that were held by Millwall on Saturday, with new loan signing Jonathan Obika set to start up front in place of Marvin Sordell.

Visitors Bournemouth have former Addick Yann Kermorgant in their ranks but he could miss the match against his old club after missing the last three games with a heel problem.

The Cherries are unbeaten in four games, not conceding a goal since February 22 and picking up 10 points from a possible 12 to shoot up into the top half of the table.

These two last met way back on the first day of the season when Kermorgant scored for Charlton as they lost 2-1 to the Cherries.
