Lee Clark warns Blackpool players after Leeds United draw

Blackpool players are fighting for their futures, says manager Lee Clark after a 1-1 draw with Leeds left them on the brink of relegation from the Championship.

Blackpool manager Lee Clark has told his players that they are fighting for their futures after yesterday's 1-1 draw with Leeds United.

Gary Madine gave Blackpool a half-time lead, but Leeds earned a point through Mirco Antenucci's 62nd-minute strike to leave the Tangerines on the brink of relegation.

Clark told BBC Sport: "The lads are playing for their futures in football and they've shown me that they can deliver performances today. Whether it's with Blackpool or not they've got to fight for their future.

"We should have won the game, we deserved to. The players deserved three points. There were lots of good individual performances out there."

Blackpool are 17 points from Championship safety with 21 left available this season.
