Half-Time Report: Gary Madine gives Blackpool half-time lead over Nottingham Forest

Blackpool lead Nottingham Forest at half time thanks to a Gary Madine strike in the 45th minute.

Gary Madine's neat finish on the stroke of half time has given Blackpool the lead over Nottingham Forest.

The home side had the first meaningful shot on goal, as David Perkins sent in a low shot from the edge of the box, but Karl Darlow got hold of it at the third attempt.

Young striker Dom Telford twice went close for the hosts as he first had a low effort saved, before he blazed the ball over the bar from inside the box.

Blackpool found the breakthrough in the 45th minute, when Madine collected the ball eight yards out and fired into the bottom corner.
