Swansea City owner Huw Jenkins has denied reports that he was involved in an argument with midfielder Jonjo Shelvey.
The Sun had claimed that chairman Jenkins confronted Shelvey over his commitment in the wake of Garry Monk's dismissal and the club on the brink of the relegation zone.
"Nothing could be further from the truth," Jenkins said of the story. "Since the change of manager, Jonjo has been committed to our club, as he always has been.
"He's fully on board with us and with everything we are trying to do to get things back on track.
"He is committed to making sure we finish 2015 on a positive note and that we carry on like that in the second half of the season."
Shelvey was said to have been angered by the alleged incident and was keen on a transfer away from the Liberty in January, with Manchester City, West Ham United and Tottenham Hotspur all interested.
