AZ Alkmaar striker Jozy Altidore admits that he would consider a move away from the club amid reported interest from Sunderland.

AZ Alkmaar striker Jozy Altidore has stated that he is happy at the club but would be open to a move to the Premier League.

Sunderland have been linked with a move for the American international and have reportedly had a bid rejected for the 23-year-old.

"It would not be a problem for me to stay at Alkmaar because I am having a good time here and I have had two good seasons," he told the Sunderland Echo.

"I have not had any problems with my team-mates and I feel fine here. But when you get the possibility to play somewhere else, you always have to think about it."

Altidore scored 23 goals for AZ in the Eredivisie last season.
