Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly stepped up their efforts to sign Swansea City striker Wilfried Bony this summer.

Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly stepped up their efforts to sign Swansea City striker Wilfried Bony this summer.

The Ivory Coast international joined the Swans from Vitesse last summer, scoring 25 times in 48 appearances for the Welsh club.

Everton have been strongly linked with a move in recent weeks, but according to the Daily Express, Spurs have emerged as the favourites for the 25-year-old.

Bony netted 16 league goals in 34 games for the Swans last season.
