Leicester City manager Brendan Rodgers is reportedly considering making a bid for Roma midfielder Amadou Diawara.
After defeating Sheffield United on Thursday night, the Foxes have now guaranteed European football for next season.
The extra games on the schedule will likely lead to Leicester boosting their numbers ahead of the new campaign, while also looking to make additions which will strengthen the quality in the first-team squad at the King Power Stadium.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the East Midlands side could battle Tottenham Hotspur and Newcastle United for Diawara's signature.
Although the 23-year-old has only spent one campaign at Stadio Olimpico, Roma are allegedly happy to cash in on the Guinea international, valued at £27m.
In a season where he has been hindered by injury, Diawara has made 21 starts and four substitute appearances in all competitions.
