Scotland will wait to see if striker Kenny Miller can overcome his groin injury before ruling him out of their Euro 2012 qualifier against Liechtenstein.
The 31-year-old is racing to be fit for the clash on Saturday but assistant manager Peter Houston has revealed that the frontman is doing "great".
"We'll see how he is when he gets over there," Houston said, according to BBC Sport.
"We'll leave it in the hands of the physio but he's coming on great. It is too early to say as yet."
Meanwhile, Manchester United midfielder Darren Fletcher will miss out on the weekend's match with tonsillitis, but could be fit to face Spain on Tuesday.
