The Chilean midfielder, 26, will complete his move to Loftus Road on Sunday according to Juventus CEO, Giuseppe Marotta.
Marotta told a press conference: "We have reached a deal with QPR for Isla to move on loan. Tomorrow he will have medical with QPR."
QPR will host Hull City on the opening day of the Premier League season on 16 August.
