Karl Henry also returns for QPR after missing their 1-0 victory over Huddersfield Town due to the birth of his son.

Forest make four changes, as Jack Hobbs, Chris Burke and Kyle Ebecilio are dropped to the bench. Michail Antonio has since moved to West Ham United.

Ryan Mendes and Chris O'Grady make their debuts while Kelvin Wilson and Henri Lansbury return to the starting lineup.
