Peterborough United ran out 1-0 winners against Leicester City in their Championship match at London Road this afternoon.
The match began tentatively, with neither side able to grab the game by the scruff of the neck, and this continued until the half-time break.
The second period began more promisingly, and 15 minutes in the home side finally broke the deadlock courtesy of Paul Taylor's long range strike.
The match soon resorted back to the familiar cautious style that it had adopted before the goal, however, and the match drifted out into a 1-0 win for the Posh.
The result means that Peterborough move up to 17th in the Championship table, while Leicester drop a place to 12th.
