Peterborough United pulled off something of a shock in the Championship this afternoon as they beat promotion-chasing Blackpool 3-1 at London Road.
The home side took the lead just before the half-hour mark through Tyrone Barnett's powerful header from Lee Tomlin's cross.
They got their second just before the interval, this time through Paul Taylor's fierce shot into the top corner.
Both sides searched for the all-important third goal during the second half and it was Blackpool who found it when Nouha Dicko powered his header past Paul Jones.
Any hopes of a comeback were put to bed just minutes later, however, as Peterborough restored their two-goal lead through George Boyd's strike.
The result means that Blackpool drop out of the play-off positions, while Peterborough remain in 18th place.
