Alessandro Matri starts for Juventus against Palermo today as coach Antonio Conte returns from his four-month touchline ban.

Alessandro Matri has been included in Juventus's starting lineup for their Serie A clash against Palermo this afternoon.

The Italian striker will be partnered by Mirko Vucinic in attack, with Kwadwo Asamoah starting in midfield on his 24th birthday.

Sebastian Giovinco is suspended for the match, while Martin Caceres, Mauricio Isla, Luca Marrone, Lucio and Simone Pepe are injured.

This is Juventus coach Antonio Conte's first match on the bench following his four-month suspension for his involvement in a betting scandal.

Fabrizio Miccoli and Massimo Donati are back from their respective bans for Palermo, who will have Franco Brienza on the bench.
