Newcastle United have confirmed that they will postpone their tribute to the late Gary Speed for a fortnight at the request of his wife Louise.
The North East side were originally planning on commemorating the life and career of their former midfielder against Chelsea this weekend.
However, the late Wales manager's widow has requested that it be moved to the Swansea City clash on December 17 so she can attend.
Louise is due to arrive at Elland Road this weekend for Leeds United's tribute to the 42-year-old.
The Premier League side will still hold a minute's applause before kickoff against the Blues tomorrow.
