Montpellier HSC coach Rene Girard has urged his players to remain focused as they close in on the Ligue 1 title.
A point against Auxerre at the Stade de l'Abbé-Deschamps this evening will be good enough to see La Pallaide lift their first ever league crown.
Girard said that his team are nearly at the finishing line but must now make sure that they get the job done in the final game of the season.
"It's very complicated to deal with a situation like this. Everyone wants a piece of us right now but we have to stay concentrated and not lose sight of our guiding principles," said Girard.
"It has been a tense time. When we beat Toulouse, we almost clinched the title but not quite; same thing when we beat Lille. But we can do it on Sunday night if we get the job done."
Girard took charge at the Stade de la Mosson in June 2009.
