Manchester United manager Sir Alex Ferguson is reportedly open to selling striker Wayne Rooney because of his off-field antics.
The England international has been amid rumours of a possible exit from Old Trafford following Ferguson's decision to demote the forward to the bench for Tuesday night's Champions League round-of-16 defeat to Real Madrid.
Reports have claimed that the Red Devils are willing to let the striker leave for £35m in the summer due to Ferguson's concerns over how the 27-year-old's drinking and smoking is affecting his form on the pitch, according to the Daily Star.
Paris Saint-Germain are the current favourites to land the former Everton frontman, who has two years left on his current United contract.
