Adam Johnson is reportedly considering his Manchester City future following his omission from England's Euro 2012 squad.
The 24-year-old winger was left out of Roy Hodgson's 23-man party in favour of Liverpool's Stuart Downing on Wednesday.
Johnson is frustrated at making just 10 Premier League starts for the Citizens this season and feels that he may need to leave the Etihad Stadium in order to resurrect his international career, according to The Mirror.
Sunderland are said to be monitoring Johnson's situation.
