Kevin Trapp gathered Raphael Guerreiro's strike in the 15th minute before Benjamin Jeannot forced the German goalkeeper into a sprawling save as the hosts started on the front foot.

However, Hervin Ongenda's first strike for PSG midway through the first half handed the visitors the lead.

Six minutes later, Blaise Matuidi turned home Zlatan Ibrahimovic's cross as the visitors began to gain control of proceedings.

Laurent Blanc's side had Trapp to thank once again shortly before half time though as the goalkeeper denied Vincent Le Goff with a reaction save.
