Liverpool to send Ben Woodburn back out on loan?

Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp is reportedly prepared to send winger Ben Woodburn back out on loan for the remaining months of the season.

Liverpool have reportedly decided to send Ben Woodburn back out on loan for the rest of the season.

Woodburn had been expected to spent the entire campaign at Sheffield United, but the 18-year-old made just two starts and six substitute outings with his last appearance coming at the start of November.

The Wales international has spent a period back at Anfield over the past couple of months, but according to The Sun, manager Jurgen Klopp is happy for the youngster to link up with another Championship club.

Woodburn was not short of interest last summer, and the report suggests that Hull City are interested in securing a deal for the teenager.

The Tigers currently sit just six points adrift of the playoff places in the second-tier standings and provided fellow Liverpool youngster Harry Wilson with regular opportunities in the team last season.
