A single ticket to watch Liverpool's final Premier League match of the 2018-19 campaign could fetch up to £6,000.
Liverpool - the current leaders of the Premier League - will finish their league season at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers on May 12, where they could be crowned English champions for the first time in 29 years.
Madrid-based website livefootballtickets.com is advertising a pair of tickets for the clash against Wolves for £11,900 plus fees.
Meanwhile, Tickets4football.com - another Spanish website - is adverting a pair of tickets for just over £4,000, including postage.
The Mirror has quoted an industry insider as saying: "Liverpool v Wolves is the big ticket in football because fans want to be there, especially if Liverpool are going for the title on the last day.
"Fans from overseas are willing to pay anything to be there if history is being made. The people enquiring have the money – and are willing to spend it to be present at an iconic occasion.
"There's a huge market for tickets for the last three games of the a season at Anfield with the Wolves match the one everyone wants. Of course, it's a gamble for fans. Liverpool may not even be in contention for the Premier League come May.
"If they've had a blip and fallen away people will have spent thousands for a ticket that's only worth face value. But that's the game. People are splashing out now because if Liverpool do stay the course they'll be even more expensive with a month to go."
Liverpool will continue their Premier League season at home to Leicester City on Wednesday night.
Jurgen Klopp's side have won 19, drawn three and lost just one of their 23 league matches this term.
